- Assurance of Yeast in fermentation (Version g1.0 for Grain)

Fermentation process is the fundamental bio chemical process which actually gets us the Alcohol. All the other processes are placed for getting better quality of it, but if it wasn’t for this bio-chemical process, there would have been no use of other processes.

Fermentation in grain based distillery has different sets of challenges. Making it commercially feasible with technology is the primary aim as complete business viability depends on it.

At Procient, with broken rice as a feed, Pro-FERM g1.0 we have enabled a distillery without milling process. We have indigenously developed a technology and have successfully implemented the same wherein milling process is entirely omitted saving a lot of cost; both in terms of one time investment as well as overall production cost.

Also when it comes to cooking methodology in Grain based fermentation, Procient under Pro-FERM g1.0 offers tube cooking instead of conventional jet cooking which provides almost same results with lesser cost.

Even though in above two examples Pro-FERM g1.0, focuses on cost reduction, for balance fermentation process it does not deflect from the fundamental necessities like dual pre-fermenters and aerobic fermentation which basically assure alcohol concentration.
